Various multinational laser cutter manufacturers have contacted Alticolor to resolve issues with heads, the most important part of the equipment, which was getting burned when the laser beam came into contact with small dust particles settling in that section. Through a combination of Alticolor treatments, including oxidation, washing and assembly in a cleanroom with inspections using microscopes, it was possible to guarantee the elimination of any type of dust residue, resolving the issue once and for all.
